Our Crosslinked XPE / XLPE Hose Pipe is a chemically cross-linked, closed-cell insulation solution engineered for thermal protection of copper tubing in residential and commercial air-conditioning systems.
- Thermal conductivity: 0.034 W/m·K at 40°C
- Service temperature range: –40°C to 115°C
- Class 0 fire-retardant (BS 476 Part 7 compliant)
- Water vapour resistance factor (µ): 12805
- UV barrier film for outdoor durability
- Zero CFC / HCFC content
- RoHS compliant (Directive 2002/95/EC)
- Available in multiple colours and thickness options (3 mm to 50 mm)
- Wide diameter range from 6 mm to 114 mm (1/4” to 4 1/2”)
